The LORD CHANCELLOR

My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 10. This is a drafting Amendment to paragraph 4 of Schedule 10, following a point first raised in the House by the noble Viscount, Lord Colville of Culross. Unless anybody wishes me to do so, I do not think that I need to pursue the matter. I beg to move.

Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
