§ The right honourable Henry Shanks Keith (commonly called Lord Keith), one of the Senators of the College of Justice in Scotland, having been appointed a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary, and thereby created a Baron for life by the style and title of Baron Keith of Kinkel, of Strath Tummel in the District of Perth and Kinross—Was, in his robes, introduced between the Lord Ballantrae and the Lord Kilbrandon.
