§ Report from the Standing Orders Committee, That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries Bill should be dispensed with and the Bill be allowed to proceed on the following condition, namely, that a notice should be published in appropriate national newspapers in the week beginning Monday, 28th February 1977 giving details of the procedure for objecting to the Bill in accordance with the usual practice relating to private Bills, but without giving a summary of the purposes of the Bill as required by Standing Order 4; the said Report to be printed. Ordered, That any Petition praying to be heard upon the merits against the said Bill be deposited not later than Friday the 18th of March next.
