§ Lord MELCHETT rose to move, That the draft Road Races (Northern Ireland) Order 1977, laid before the House on 10th November, be approved. The noble Lord said: My Lords, this order consolidates the Road Races Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 and related enactments and it is purely a consolidation measure. I beg to move.
