My Lords, I understand that the business in another place has not yet been completed as we had hoped. I very much apologise for having brought your Lordships here earlier than was perhaps necessary. I think it would be for the convenience of the House if I were to move that we adjourn during pleasure for another half-hour, until a quarter to six.
