§ The LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 14, which ensures that in cases where the provision of the New Towns Code which is set out in Schedule 3 is paralleled by a similar provision in the New Towns Act 1965 which is capable of application in relation to a new town within the Board's area the provision of the New Towns Code shall apply and that in the New Towns Act 1965 shall not have effect. I beg to move.
