56 Clause 39, page 57, line 5, leave out from first "of'' to end of line 8, and insert "any sum the right to repayment of which could be treated as a security under section 21(6) above''.

The Commons disagreed to this Amendment but proposed the following Amendment in lieu thereof:

57 Page 57, line 4, leave out from 'of' to end of line 8 and insert 'any sum the right to repayment of which, if the sum had not been repair, would, following the service of such a notice, have been treated as a security or part of a security under section 20(6) above '.

My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 57 in lieu of the Lords Amendment No. 56.

Moved, That this House doth not insist on their Amendment No. 56 and doth agree to the Amendment No. 57 proposed by the Commons in lieu thereof.
