§ Clause 1, page 3, line 11, leave out 'for the time being specified in Schedule 3 to this Act' and insert 'to which Schedule 3 to this Act for the time being applies'.
§ Baroness STEDMANMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 3. It is purely a drafting Amendment, bringing the wording into line with that in subsection (1)(c).
