41 Clause 7, page 10, line 37, at end insert— (1A) Where more than one half of all the hours worked by persons engaged in the handling of cargo on the premises in any continuous period of twelve months within the preceding five years have been spent on work which is not classifiable as dockwork the Board shall not recommend classification of any work done on these premises.

The Commons disagreed to this Amendment for the following Reason:

42 Because they introduce criteria for classification which would be difficult to interpret and could give rise to anomalies.
