§ Clause 29, page 29, line 26, leave out '(2)' and insert '(1)'
§ The LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 1. This Amendment, like almost all of those which I shall move in this connection, would correct a minor mistake in the Bill. This one in particular brings it into line with the enactments consolidated, by correcting a wrong cross-reference in Clause 29(6).
