§ Lord WINTERBOTTOMMy Lords, with the leave of the House I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 43 and 44 en bloc. Amendment No. 43 is a drafting Amendment which clarifies the date upon which a disqualification order begins. Amendment No. 44 is a similar drafting Amendment. This Amendment makes it clear that overseas companies with a place of business in Great Britain are to be included among those companies in respect of which persons disqualified under Clause 21 may not act as a director or take part in management. I beg to move.
§ Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendments.—(Lord Win terbottoni.)
