'; and "United Kingdom legislation" includes any enactment for the time being in force in any part of the United Kingdom.'.
§ Lord STRABOLGIMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 37. This Amendment merely makes it clear that the expression "United Kingdom legislation" does not mean only legislation of this Parliament but also includes enactments of other legislatures in the United Kingdom.
