§ The Lord Segal, Chairman of the Select Committee, reported that the Committee continued to sit this day in the absence of the Earl Baldwin of Bewdley, all parties consenting thereto; and that with the consent of all parties, the Committee will sit in his absence for the remainder of the proceedings.
