My Lords, I beg leave to ask the Question which stands in my name on the Order Paper.

The Question was as follows:

To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they have received the Law Commission's Report on Conspiracy which deals with offences of entering and remaining on private property, that is squatting, and if so when it will be made public.

My Lords, the Government have received the Law Commission's Report and it will be published shortly.
