My Lords, in moving the Third Reading of this Bill, I should like to express my gratitude to the Scottish Law Commission for the help which they have consistently given in its preparation. It has meant a considerable amount of work for them, and I think it is fair to say that they have performed a very valuable service indeed for their fellow countrymen. I beg to move.
