The Question was as follows:
To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they can throw more light on the allegations published in our national Press on the existence of a Foreign Office document warning Italy of the consequences if the Communists go into the Government after the general election.

§ Lord TREFGARNEMy Lords, have the Government considered the implications to the MRCA programme if the Italian Government are taken over by the Communists at the forthcoming election?
