My Lords, this order and the next simply give the Government the power to maintain pay restraint and the power to maintain the Price Code. We have fully debated both the Price Code and pay restraint, and in the circumstances I move this first order formally.

Moved, That the draft Limits on Remuneration Order 1967, laid before the House on 30th June, be approved.—(Lord Jacques.)
