§ Lord LOVELL-DAVISMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 7. This Amendment, put forward by the Opposition, makes it clear that the functions referred to in subsection (4) are those set out in the preceding subsection (3).
