§ The Right Honourable Sir Charles Ritchie Russell, Knight, a Lord Justice of Appeal, having been appointed a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary and thereby created a Baron for life, by the style and title of Baron Russell of Killowen, of Killowen in the County of Down—Was, in his robes, introduced between the Lord Wilberforce and the Lord Cross of Chelsea.
