My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That at the conclusion of the Report stage the Bill be recommitted to a Committee of the Whole House in respect of Clauses 34 to 43, 54. 55, 111, 113 and 117, and that Standing Order No. 44 be dispensed with in order that the Committee (on Recommitment) may be taken on the same day as the Report.—(Lord Jacques.)
