§ Lord BESWICKMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 44 and 45. I spoke to these Amendments when moving Amendment No. 36. I apologise for a misprinting, or perhaps I should call it a faulty printing, of the Marshalled List that is before your Lordships in that these two Amendments do not appear on it. However, they have been circulated—they were in the previous list of Amendments printed on 31st October 1975—and I am sure that assiduous studies of them have been made by other noble Lords.
