My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amend- ment No. 204. With the agreement of your Lordships I shall move this Amendment on its own, although it is consequential on Amendment No. 210. Amendment No. 204 removes from Clause 73 the provision that regulations or orders made under the Bill may contain such transitional provisions as the Secretary of State thinks fit. This is now covered by Amendment No. 210 which we shall be discussing shortly.
