§ Lord LOVELL-DAVISMy Lords, with the leave of the House, may I correct a figure which I gave during Question Time this morning in answer to a Question put down by my noble friend Lady Burton of Coventry. I stated that 60 per cent. of overseas passengers passed through the British Airways Terminal in Buckingham Palace Road. I am now advised by British Airways that the correct figure should be 15 per cent. I apologise for giving in good faith a figure which turns out to be erroneous.
