My Lords, on behalf of the Chairman of Committees I beg to move that the Standing Orders relating to Private Business be amended in the terms printed on the Order Paper.

Moved, That the Standing Orders relating to Private Business be amended as follows:—

1. 1. Leave out Standing Order No. 216 and insert a new Standing Order No. 216.
2. 2. After Standing Order No. 216, insert a new Standing Order No. 216A.
