§ Lord HUGHESMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 2 to 4 en bloc. These Amendments provide for greater flexibility in allocating existing justices of the peace to the new Commission area, and Amendment No. 3 puts beyond doubt the inclusion of judges of police in the category of those who become justices of the peace after 16th May. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendents Nos. 2 to 4 en bloc.
