Walter Ian Reid, Esquire (commonly called the Honourable Lord Fraser), one of the Senators of the College of Justice in Scotland, having been appointed a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary, under the provisions of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act 1876, as amended by subsequent enactments, with the dignity of a Baron for life by the style and title of Baron Fraser of Tullybelton, of Bankfoot in the County of Perth—Was, in his robes, introduced between the Lord Balerno and the Lord Kilbrandon.

The Lord Zouche of Haryngworth Sat first in Parliament after the death of his grandmother.
