§ Message from the Commons that they have appointed a Select Committee of eleven Members to join with a Committee appointed by this House, as proposed by this House in their Message of the 26th of November last, to consider in the present Session Consolidation etc. Bills, and that they have ordered that two be the quorum of the Committee.
