The Right Honourable Sir Herbert Edmund Edmund-Davies, Knight, a Lord Justice of Appeal, having been appointed a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary and thereby created a Baron for life, by the style and title of Baron Edmund-Davies, of Aberpennar in the County of Mid Glamorgan—Was, in his robes, introduced between the Lord Morris of Borthy-Gest and the Lord Salmon.

His Royal Highness the Duke of Gloucester—Sat first in Parliament after the death of his father.

Several Lords—Took the Oath or Affirmed.
