My Lords, on behalf of the noble and learned Lord the Lord Chancellor, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That, pursuant to Standing Order No. 49, the Lords following be appointed to join with a Committee of the Commons as the Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills:—
