My Lords, If I might incur the noble Lord's wrath, I beg leave to ask Her Majesty's Government the Question of which I have given Private Notice, namely:

To ask Her Majesty's Government if they will make a Statement about the possible further wave of bomb outrages in London, following the incident at Heathrow and the discovery of a bomb in Lambeth?
