HL Deb 07 March 1974 vol 350 c4
BARONESS LLEWELYN-DAVIES OF HASTOE

My Lords, may I remind your Lordships that it will be very much to your advantage if you stay on your Benches in an orderly way and not queue in too gross a manner in preparing to take the Oath. Yesterday proved how very unsuccessful it was to stand and queue for hours. I ask your Lordships to remain on your Benches and proceed in an orderly manner to take the Oath, in accordance with the note which has been circulated.
