[No. 5] In subsection (4), leave out paragraph (a) and insert ("(a) references to the relevant statutory provisions or the existing statutory provisions shall be read as references to such of those provisions as relate to agriculture;")

[No. 6] In subsection (4), in paragraph (c), after ("15(6)") insert ("and (11)").

My Lords, I beg to move that the Commons Amendments Nos. 4, 5 and 6 to the Lords Amendment No. 3 be agreed to. These are purely drafting Amendments to tidy up the agriculture provisions which have been restored to the Bill.
