My Lords, I beg to move that the Commons Amendment No. 8 to Lords Amendment No. 7 be agreed to.

This is another tidying-up Amendment which ensures that the drafting of subsection (3) matches up with subsection (4) inserted by the Lords Amendment No. 39.
