§ THE MINISTER OF STATE, DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRY (LORD BESWICK)My right honourable friend is undertaking a review of civil aviation policy. The issue of further guidance to the Civil Aviation Authority would be one of the matters for consideration in the light of this review.
