The Earl of GOWRIEMy Lords, on the subject of leave of absence may I ask the noble Baroness, Lady Llewelyn-Davies, in view of the deteriorating economic position which is, I think, ackno-ledged by both sides of the House here and in another place, whether procedures are in train for the speedy recall of Parliament should the situation deteriorate still further?
