My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That paragraph (3) of Standing Order 22 (Leave of Absence) be dispensed with for this Session, and that all Lords who had leave of Absence at the Dissolution of Parliament may be granted Leave of Absence until the end of this Session, unless they notify the Clerk of the Parliaments to the contrary.—(Lord Shepherd.),
