HL Deb 25 October 1973 vol 345 c746
LORD POLWARTH

My Lords, I beg to move that the Commons Reasons for disagreeing to certain of the Lords Amendments, Commons Amendments to words restored to the Bill and Amendments to the words restored to the Bill be now considered. In moving this Motion, I would remind your Lordships that in accordance with the Motion to which your Lordships have just agreed we shall be considering the Amendment relation to Schedule 1 before the remainder of the Bill. This follows the order in which the Lords Amendments were taken in the other place. With the leave of the House, I propose that it would be convenient to discuss together the items on the printed list as follows, as they hang together: Nos. I to 3, then Nos. 4 to 6, No. 7, No. 7A together with 11A—and I understand these are manuscript Amendments—Nos. 8 to 16, Nos. 17 and 18 and Nos. 19 and 20.

Moved, That the Commons Reasons be now considered.—(Lord Polwarth.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
