My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 38 (Arrangement of the Order Paper) be dispensed with on Thursday the 6th of December for the purpose of giving precedence over other Public Business to his Motion on the Report from the Select Committee on European Instruments.—(Earl St. Aldwyn.)
