My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House, I beg to move the first Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 38 (Arrangement of the Order Paper) be dispensed with for the purpose of allowing the Lord Belstead's Motion on Thursday next and the Lord Bowden's Motion on Tuesday, April 10, to be taken before Public Bills and Orders.—(Earl St. Aldwyn.)
