Moved, That Standing Order No. 38 (Arrangement of the Order Paper) be dispensed with on Tuesday next for the purpose of allowing the Lord Windlesham's Motion on the Northern Ireland Constitutional Proposals to be taken before Public Bills and Orders.—(Lord Denham.)
