I understand that no Amendments have been set down to this Bill and that no noble Lord has indicated a wish to move a manuscript Amendment or to speak on the Committee. Therefore, unless any noble Lord objects, I beg to move that the Order of Recommitment be discharged.
Perhaps I should inform your Lordships that the Bill is a pure Consolidation Bill. The Joint Committee have reported that in their opinion the Bill represents the existing law and there is no point to which the attention of Parliament should be drawn. I therefore beg to move.
