§ LORD ABERDAREMy Lords, paragraph 4(a) as drafted does not apply in the case of Leicester where it is intended to establish an Area Health Authority (Teaching). The Amendment is necessary to enable the extra members to be appointed after consultation with Leicester No. 1 Hospital Management Committee. I beg to move.
