§ LORD ABERDAREMy Lords, I beg to move Amendment No. 65. The purpose of this Amendment is to place beyond doubt the Secretary of State's power to acquire land for the purpose of providing residential accommodation for staff employed in the community health services. The power is needed particularly in respect of some nurses and ambulance staff who for operational reasons need to be located in the community. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 65.
