§ LORD ABERDAREMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment. The purpose of this Amendment is to remove an unintended restriction on the Secretary of State's power to direct relevant bodies—which are defined in subsection (4) of Clause 20—to take action in consequence of advice given by the Staff Commission.
