Clause 11, page 14, line 34, leave out from "Acts" to end of line 37 and insert:
(b) the services provided as part of the health service by any person employed by the Secretary of State or a Health Authority; and
§ LORD ABERDAREMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 29 and 30. The effect of these two Amendments is to clarify the duty which is to be laid on the Secretary of State in providing goods and National Health Service facilities and the services of staff to local authorities for certain functions.
