HL Deb 23 July 1973 vol 344 c1557

4.53 p.m.

THE PARLIAMENTARY UNDERSECRETARY OF STATE, DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY (THE EARL OF LIMERICK)

My Lords, I beg to move That the Commons Amendments be now considered. It might be helpful if I were to explain that I shall be asking the leave of the House to take certain Amendments in groups, and also to mention that I shall be moving a Lords Amendment in lieu of Commons Amendments Nos. 46, 47 and 48—that is the one appearing immediately after No. 48 on the Marshalled List—and a consequential Lords Amendment to Commons Amendment No. 71.

Moved, That the Commons Amendments be now considered.—(The Earl of Limerick.)

COMMONS AMENDMENTS, LORDS AMENDMENT IN LIEU OF THREE OF THE COMMONS AMENDMENTS AND LORDS AMENDMENT TO ONE OF THE COMMONS AMENDMENTS
