In section (Statutory notice by insurer in relation to long term policy) for the words "Part II", "Secretary of State" and "section 59(6)" there shall be substituted respectively the words "section 3", Ministry of Commerce for Northern Ireland" and "the definition of "ordinary long-term insurance business" in section 72(1)".
33. In section (Service of notice of cancellation) for "26" and "1889" there shall be substituted respectively "24" and "(Northern Ireland) 1954".

§ THE EARL OF LIMERICKMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 71 but proposes the following Amendment thereto:
"In line 2, leave out (2A) and to insert (1A)." This is purely consequential on the fact that we have negatived Amendments Nos. 46 to 48 and substituted the Amendments to Clause 42.
