(7) Sections (Statutory notice by insurer in relation to long term policy), (Right to withdraw from transaction in respect of long term policy) and (Service of notice of cancellation) above shall not take effect until the first regulations under subsection (5) of the said section (Statutory notice by insurer in relation to long term policy) come into operation.
