§ Clause 12, page 11, line 26, at end insert "or that a company of which it is a subsidiary has failed to satisfy an obligation to which it is subject by virtue of section 8(5) above or that a subordinate company within the meaning of section (Restriction on transactions with 1572 connected persons) above the company has failed to satisfy an obligation to which it is subject by virtue of that section or section 6 above".
