HL Deb 04 December 1973 vol 347 c534
EARL ST. ALDWYN

My Lords, it has been agreed through the usual channels, in view of the lateness of the hour, the fact that we have a great deal of work still to do on the Road Traffic Bill, and it will be necessary for the House to rise by about ten o'clock owing to transport difficulties, that we should not take the Committee stage of the Rabies Bill or the Dumping at Sea Bill.
